The quickest way to reach Whip is email: support@whip.run. For fast questions, the Whip Discord is even quicker — the founders hang out there. You can also find Whip on social, and safety or urgent reports have their own fast path below.

Email us

For anything account-related, a bug, or a question the docs didn’t answer, email support@whip.run. A few common ones have quick self-serve answers already — like managing your account or a forgotten password.
To get a fast, useful reply, include your handle (@username), a short description of what happened, and screenshots if you have them. That saves a round of back-and-forth and gets you unstuck sooner.

Join the Discord

The Whip Discord is the fastest place for quick questions — the founders are there, alongside a community of builders sharing what they’ve made. Drop in to ask something small, show off an app, or get inspired.

Which channel should I use?

Both work — pick whatever fits the moment. The Discord is best for quick, in-the-flow questions and swapping ideas with other builders. Email is best for anything tied to your account, a bug you want on record, or anything you’d rather keep private. Before either, a quick look at troubleshooting often solves the most common issues on the spot.

Safety and urgent reports

If you’ve seen content or behavior that breaks the rules, the fastest route is Whip’s in-app reporting — it goes straight to the team for review.
For anything time-sensitive, use in-app reporting on the app, person, or comment. You can also email support@whip.run with “Report” in the subject line. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
