The Activity screen
Tap the bell (top of your Home screen) to open Activity. It groups everything into New, This Week, and Earlier. The bell itself shows a red dot when you have unread items. Tap a single notification to mark it read and jump to the thing it’s about — an app, a profile, or a comment. To clear everything at once, tap the bell inside Activity and confirm Mark all read. What Whip tells you about

Change your notification settings
Open Settings → Notifications to control everything. There’s a master switch for push and a master switch for email, plus per-category toggles under each.- Push
- Email
Master toggle: All push notifications. Below it:
- App updates — build and edit progress.
- Social — likes, comments, follows, and remixes.
- Daily — highlights like App of the Day.
- Weekly recap — your weekly stats summary.
- Re-engagement — nudges and win-backs.
- Product updates — feature drops and news.
Sign-in and account emails — things like your verification code or an
account-deletion confirmation — always send, even with email turned off. These
keep your account working and secure, so they’re not part of the toggles.

How do I turn off all notifications?
How do I turn off all notifications?
Flip the master All push notifications switch off in Settings →
Notifications. Do the same for All emails to stop marketing and recap
emails. Essential account emails still come through.
Why didn't a notification open anything?
Why didn't a notification open anything?
Most notifications jump you straight to the app, profile, or comment

something feels off, check troubleshooting.
Are notifications timed to my timezone?
Are notifications timed to my timezone?
Yes. App of the Day (10 AM) and the weekly recap (Monday) land in your
device’s local time automatically — there’s nothing to set.
